Remote Online Notarization (RON) allows you to get documents notarized online through a secure video conference. All you need is a computer, smartphone, or tablet with a camera, along with a valid ID. I will witness your signature electronically, and you will need to ship your documents for a physical stamp to be applied.
For an in-person or online appointment, make sure you have the following:
1. The document(s) that need to be notarized
2. A valid, government-issued photo ID (such as a driver’s license or passport)
3. Any witnesses, if required by your document (contact us if you’re unsure)
For Remote Online Notarization, ensure you have access to a stable internet connection and a device with a camera.
Notarization verifies the authenticity of your signature on a document, while an apostille certifies that a document is legal and valid for use in foreign countries through the State. We ensure your documents are submitted correctly to the state.
Electronic Notarization (eNotary) is the process of notarizing a digital document, rather than a paper one. The notary electronically signs the document with a digital signature, which is just as legally binding as a traditional ink signature. Unlike Remote Online Notarization (RON), electronic notarization still requires you to be physically present with the notary, but the process is done entirely on a digital platform. This method is perfect for businesses or individuals who prefer digital document handling and need fast, efficient notarization.
